Group I Series Supplements Sample Clauses

Group I Series Supplements. Upon the request of HVF II and receipt by the Trustee of the documents described in Section 2.2, the Trustee shall join with HVF II in the execution of any Group I Series Supplement authorized or permitted by the terms of the Group I Supplement and shall make any further appropriate agreements and stipulations that may be therein contained, but the Trustee shall not be obligated to enter into such Group I Series Supplement that affects its own rights, duties or immunities under the Group I Indenture or otherwise.
