Group Partnerships. KKR Management Holdings L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and KKR Fund Holdings L.P., a Cayman Island exempted limited partnership, along with any partnership designated in the future as a “Group Partnership” by the Partnership.
Group Partnerships. Management Holdings hereby agrees that, to the extent it acquires a limited partner interest, general partner interest, managing member interest or similar interest in any Person after the date hereof, it shall cause such Person to execute and deliver a joinder to this Agreement and become a “Group Partnership” for all purposes of this Agreement.
Group Partnerships. The outsourcing of inspection arrangement can also extend to the individual inspector or CAB acting as a sales representative for the commissioning CAB. This a common arrangement for CABs to expand service centres overseas at relatively low cost. The arrangement generally empowers the individual or agent CAB to solicit, process applications and conduct the necessary inspections within a set geographical area on behalf of the principal CAB. Depending on the situation, other responsibilities, e.g. fee collection, may be included.
