Common use of Group sharing of occupation Clause in Contracts

Group sharing of occupation. Nothing in clause 14 will prevent the Tenant or any permitted undertenant from sharing occupation of the Premises with another member of the same Group if and so long as that other member remains a member of that Group and no relationship of landlord and tenant subsists between the Tenant or permitted undertenant and that other member. The Tenant shall keep the Landlord informed of the identity of all occupiers and of the basis of their occupation of the Premises.
