Common use of Guarantee Agreement Supplement Clause in Contracts

Guarantee Agreement Supplement. Each Domestic Subsidiary that becomes a Significant Subsidiary subsequent to the Effective Date shall promptly (and in any event within 60 days of becoming a Significant Subsidiary) execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent (with a counterpart for each Lender) a supplement to the Guarantee Agreement pursuant to which such Subsidiary shall become a party thereto as a Guarantor, together with such other documents and legal opinions with respect thereto as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request (which documents and opinions shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent).
