Common use of Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Clause in Contracts

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement. The security interests granted to the Collateral Agent herein are granted in furtherance, and not in limitation of, the security interests granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
