Common use of Guarantee for Benefit of Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Guarantee for Benefit of Securityholders. The Guarantee contained in this Indenture is entered into by the Guarantor for the benefit of the Holders from time to time of the Securities. Such provisions shall not be deemed to create any right in, or to be in whole or in part for the benefit of any Person other than the Trustee, the Guarantor, the Holders from time to time of the Securities and their permitted successors and assigns.
