Non-consumable Print Learning Resources: Publishers must guarantee that any non-consumable student print learning resources submitted for recommendation will endure six (6) years of normal use and must agree to replace immediately at no cost to the purchasing school system, including shipping charges, any such components of a learning resource that do not stand up to such use.
