Common use of Guarantee of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Guarantee of Obligations. Guarantor unconditionally, absolutely and irrevocably guarantees unto the Beneficiaries the timely payment and performance by Contractor of all of its obligations under the CPA and the Ancillary Agreements, including the obligation to provide Regional Airlines Services, to provide ground handling services, and to make all indemnification payments and reconciliation payments that Contractor is required to make pursuant to the CPA and the Ancillary Agreements.

Guarantor unconditionally, absolutely and irrevocably guarantees unto the Beneficiaries the timely payment and performance by Contractor Carrier of all of its obligations under the CPA and the Ancillary Agreements, including the obligation to provide Regional Airlines Services, to provide ground handling services, and to make all indemnification payments and reconciliation payments that Contractor Carrier is required to make pursuant to the CPA and the Ancillary Agreements.

Guarantee of Obligations. Guarantor unconditionally, absolutely and irrevocably guarantees unto the Beneficiaries the timely payment and performance by Contractor and Guarantor of all of its their respective obligations under the CPA and the Ancillary AgreementsCPA, including the obligation to provide Regional Airlines ServicesUnited Express services, to provide ground handling services, and to make all indemnification payments and reconciliation payments that Contractor or Guarantor is required to make pursuant to the CPA and the Ancillary AgreementsCPA.
