Common use of Guarantee Payment Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Guarantee Payment Reimbursement. At the end of each True-up Period: (i) if the sum of Annual Deficits > 0, then Provider shall pay to Customer an amount equal to the cumulative product of (y) the Annual Deficits and (z) the Avoided Energy Price per kWh (a “Guarantee Payment”); (ii) Provider shall promptly notify Customer of any Guarantee Payment due. Provider shall make Guarantee Payments within thirty (30) days of the date of the notice provided in the first sentence of this paragraph.
