Guarantee Remains Effective. This Guarantee shall remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding any invalidity, irregularity, or unenforceability of any one or more of the CPA and the Ancillary Agreements. No release or discharge of Contractor in any receivership, bankruptcy, winding-up or other creditor proceedings shall affect, diminish or otherwise impair or otherwise be a defense to the enforcement of this Guarantee by the Beneficiaries. The liability of Guarantor shall not be affected by United causing work necessary for the provision of Contractor Services to be done, or by United’s pursuing any other remedies provided for in the Documents.
