Common use of Guarantee to the benefit of the State Clause in Contracts

Guarantee to the benefit of the State. The Guarantor enters into this Guarantee Agreement to the benefit of the State. None of the provisions included in this agreement will be deemed to generate any right or permit any Person to enforce or pursue any claim by virtue of this agreement or to be, either partially or in whole, to the benefit of any Person, other than the Guarantor, the State and their respective permitted assignees and transferees.
