Common use of Guaranteed Interest Rates Clause in Contracts

Guaranteed Interest Rates. The Company will periodically establish an applicable Guaranteed Interest Rate for each Guarantee Period that it offers. The Company will guarantee these rates for the duration of the respective Guarantee Periods. No Guaranteed Interest Rate will result in a Participant's Account Value that is less than the amount required by state law.
