Guaranteed Maximum Price or GMP. The sum specified in Section 5.1, which shall be paid to Design-Builder in accordance with Article 6 and shall be complete compensation for all Work to be performed by Design-Builder under the Contract Documents, subject to increases or decreases by Change Order only as specifically provided in this Agreement.
