Guaranteed Output and Refunds. (a) Sunrun guarantees that the Solar Facility will generate one-hundred percent (100%) of the Estimated Output during the Initial Term of this Lease (the "Guaranteed Output" set forth on Exhibit A) or Sunrun will issue you a refund as described below.
