Common use of Guaranteed Renewability of Contract Clause in Contracts

Guaranteed Renewability of Contract. This Contract is guaranteed renewable and will stay in effect as long as you remain eligible for coverage and Premiums are paid on time. You are subject to all terms, conditions, Limitations, and Exclusions in this Contract and to all of the rules and regulations of the Plan. By paying Premiums or having Premiums paid on your behalf, you accept the provisions of this Contract.
