Guaranteed Solution Uptimes/Availability. The Biospatial IT system has a written requirement for better than 99.95% uptime and has met this requirement to date. Going forward, Biospatial will meet or exceed this level of availability. Because the Biospatial system is fully cloud-based, many aspects of maintaining this availability are met simply by utilizing industry-standard best practices within the cloud environment (e.g., deploying redundant servers to multiple availability zones maintained by the infrastructure provider).
