Guaranteed TV Amount. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges notice of, and consents in all respects to, the terms of the NRG Guarantee, including Section 2.03 of the NRG Guarantee which limits obligations of NRG under the NRG Guarantee in certain specific instances to the Guaranteed TV Amount.
