Guarantees, Warranties, and Other Documents. 14.9.1.1 Assemble one copy of all of the following (if applicable): guarantees, warranties, bonds, releases of bonds, affidavits and certificates required by the Contract Documents for various materials, systems, and equipment including copies of all permits and certificates of inspection obtained by any subcontractors or others. 14.9.1.2 Place documents in order, list each document on a transmittal letter or form, and deliver to the County.
