Guaranties and Liabilities. Except as set forth in Section 2.23 of the Disclosure Schedule, Seller is not a guarantor or otherwise responsible for any Liability (including Indebtedness) of any other Person in connection with the Business. Seller has not any Liability arising out of any injury to individuals or property as a result of the performance of any work or services or the provision, manufacture, or sale of any goods by Seller in connection with the Business.
