Common use of Guaranties; Intra-Group Agreement Clause in Contracts

Guaranties; Intra-Group Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received, with counterparts for each Lender, the Micro Guaranty and an Additional Guaranty from each Initial Additional Guarantor, each in effect as of the Effective Date, dated the date hereof, duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Person of the relevant Guarantor. The Administrative Agent shall have also received, with counterparts for each Lender, the Intra-Group Agreement, in effect on the Effective Date, dated the date hereof, duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Person of each Borrower and each Initial Additional Guarantor.
