Common use of Guarantor Breach Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Breach. A breach by Guarantor of any material representation, warranty or covenant set forth in the Guaranty or any other Program Agreement, any “event of default” by Guarantor under the Guaranty, any repudiation of the Guaranty by Guarantor, or if the Guaranty is not enforceable against Guarantor.

Guarantor Breach. A breach by any Guarantor of any material representation, warranty or covenant set forth in the Guaranty or any other Program Agreement, any “event of default” by any Guarantor under the Guaranty, any repudiation of the Guaranty by any Guarantor, or if the Guaranty is not enforceable against any Guarantor.

A breach by Guarantor of any material representation, warranty or covenant set forth in the Guaranty or any other Program Agreement, any “event of default” by Guarantor (beyond any and all applicable periods of notice and cure, if any) under the Guaranty, any repudiation of the Guaranty by Guarantor, or if the Guaranty is not enforceable against Guarantor.

Guarantor Breach.
