Common use of Guarantor Confirmations Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Confirmations. Each of Jxxxx River and Jxxxx River UK shall have executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent a confirmation of its Payment Guaranty in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, accompanied by such certifications regarding good standing and authorization as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
