Guarantor Consent and Acknowledgment. Guarantor hereby consents and agrees to the terms of this Third Amendment and the Lease as amended hereby. Guarantor further acknowledges that its obligations as guarantor of the Lease under the Guaranty have not been terminated, and are and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms of the Guaranty.
