GUARANTOR DEFAULT OR REVOCATION. Any Sonic Guaranty shall fail to remain in full force or effect or any action shall be taken by the Borrower or any Guarantor to discontinue or to assert the invalidity or unenforceability of any Sonic Guaranty or any Guarantor shall fail to comply with any of the terms or provisions of any Sonic Guaranty to which it is a party, or the Borrower or any Guarantor denies that it has any further liability under any Sonic Guaranty to which it is a party, or gives notice to such effect.
