Common use of Guarantor Financials Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2010, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011.

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL the Guarantor for its fiscal year ended December 31, 20102003, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September 30March 31, 20112004.

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL for its fiscal year ended December 31, 20102013, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 20112014.

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL for its fiscal year ended December 31, 20102011, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 20112012.

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL for its fiscal year ended December 31, 20102020, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September 30March 31, 20112021.

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL for its fiscal year ended December 31, 20102006, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September June 30, 20112007.

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL for its fiscal year ended December 31, 20102017, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 20112018.

Guarantor Financials. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) audited consolidated financial statements of BL for its fiscal year ended December 31, 20102003, and (ii) unaudited consolidated financial statements for its fiscal quarter ended September 30March 31, 20112004.
