Guarantor of Tenant. Any restriction on or requirement imposed upon Tenant hereunder shall be deemed to extend to any guarantor of Tenant, and to Tenant's subtenants, concessionaires and licensees, and it shall be Tenant's obligation to cause the foregoing persons to comply with such restriction or requirement.
