Guarantor of Tenant. Any restrictions on or requirements imposed upon Tenant hereunder shall be deemed to extend to any guarantor of Tenant, Tenant's subtenants, concessionaires and licensees and it shall be Tenant's obligation to cause the foregoing persons to comply with such restrictions or requirements.
