Common use of Guarantor Reports Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Reports. Cause each Guarantor to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Parent provides its audited financial statements to Agent, but only to the extent such Guarantor's financial statements are not consolidated with Parent's financial statements, and copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.

Guarantor Reports. Cause each Guarantor to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Parent provides its audited financial statements to Agent, but only to the extent such Guarantor's ’s financial statements are not consolidated with Parent's ’s financial statements, and copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.

Cause each Guarantor to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Parent provides its audited financial statements to Agent, but only to the extent such Guarantor's ’s financial statements are not consolidated with Parent's ’s financial statements, and copies of all federal income tax returns (or comparable national returns for Foreign Guarantors) as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.

Guarantor Reports. Cause each Guarantor to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Parent provides its audited financial statements to Agent, but only to the extent such Guarantor's financial statements are not consolidated with Parent's and Borrower's financial statements, and copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.

Guarantor Reports. Cause each Guarantor to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Parent provides its audited financial statements to Agent, but only to the extent such Guarantor's financial statements are not consolidated with Parent's financial statements, Agent and copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by lawlaw (taking into account any permitted extensions).

Guarantor Reports. Cause each any Guarantor (other than Parent) to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Borrowers and Parent provides its their audited financial statements to Agent, but only to the extent such Guarantor's financial statements are not consolidated with Parent's financial statements, Agent and copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.

Guarantor Reports. Cause each Guarantor to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Parent provides its audited financial statements to Agent, but only to the extent such Guarantor's ’s financial statements are not consolidated with Parent's ’s financial statements, and and, if the Guarantor is required to file federal income tax returns, copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.
