Common use of Guarantor Reports Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Reports. Cause each Guarantor to deliver its annual financial statements at the time when Borrower provides its audited financial statements to Lender, but only to the extent such Guarantor’s financial statements are not consolidated with Borrower’s financial statements, and copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.

Cause each Limited Guarantor to deliver its his annual financial statements at the time when Borrower provides its audited financial statements to Lender, but only to the extent such Guarantor’s financial statements are not consolidated with Borrower’s financial statements, and copies of all federal income tax returns as soon as the same are available and in any event no later than 30 days after the same are required to be filed by law.
