Common use of Guarantor waives Clause in Contracts

Guarantor waives. (i) all presentments, demands for performance, notices of nonperformance, protests, notices of protest, notices of dishonor, and all other notices of any kind or nature whatsoever with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations, and notices of acceptance of this Guaranty and of the existence, creation, or incurring of new or additional Guaranteed Obligations; (ii) any rights to set-offs, recoupments, claims or counterclaims; and (iii) any right to revoke or terminate this Guaranty.

Guarantor waives. (ia) all presentments, demands for performance, notices of nonperformance, protests, notices of protest, notices of dishonor, and all other notices of any kind or nature whatsoever with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations, and notices notice of acceptance of this Guaranty and of the existence, creation, or incurring creation and existence of new or additional Guaranteed Obligationsthe Indebtedness; (iib) presentment, demand for payment, notice of dishonor, notice of nonpayment and protest of any rights instrument evidencing the Indebtedness; (c) all other demands and notices to set-offs, recoupments, claims Guarantor or counterclaimsany other person and all other actions to establish the liability of Guarantor hereunder; and (iiid) any the right to revoke or terminate trial by jury in any action in connection with this Guaranty.
