GUARANTOR'S AGREEMENT TO PAY. The Guarantor further agrees, as the principal obligor and not as a guarantor only, to pay to the Bank, on demand, all costs and expenses (including court costs and legal expenses) incurred or expended by the Bank in connection with the Obligations, this Guaranty and the enforcement thereof, together with interest on amounts recoverable under this Guaranty from the time such amounts become due until payment.

GUARANTOR'S AGREEMENT TO PAY. The Guarantor further agrees, as the principal obligor and not as a guarantor only, to pay to the BankBanks and the Agent, or any of them, on demand, all costs and expenses (including court costs and legal expenses) incurred or expended by the Bank Banks, or any of them, in connection with the Obligations, this Guaranty and the enforcement thereof, together with interest on amounts recoverable under this Guaranty from the time such amounts become due until payment, at the rate of interest set forth in Section 4.11 of the Credit Agreement.

The Guarantor further agrees, as the principal obligor and not as a guarantor only, to pay to the BankLender, on demand, all costs and expenses (including court costs and reasonable legal expenses) incurred or expended by the Bank Lender in connection with the ObligationsLiabilities, this Guaranty and the enforcement thereof, together with interest on amounts recoverable under this Guaranty from the time such amounts become due until paymentpayment at the default rate provided for in the Loan Agreement.
