Guarantors’ Consent to Assigns. Each Bank may assign or participate out all or any portion of its Commitment or the Loans in accordance with Section 11.6 of this Agreement, and each Guarantor agrees to recognize any such Assignee or participant as a successor and assignee of such Bank hereunder, with all rights of such Bank hereunder.
