Common use of Guarantors; Tenant’s Property Clause in Contracts

Guarantors; Tenant’s Property. Each of Tenant’s Parent and each of Tenant’s Subsidiaries set forth on Schedule 6.3 shall be a Guarantor under this Master Lease and shall execute and deliver to the Landlord the Guaranty attached hereto as Exhibit D. In addition, if any material Gaming License or other license or other material asset necessary to operate any portion of the Leased Property is owned by a Subsidiary, Tenant shall within two (2) Business Days after the date such Subsidiary acquires such Gaming License, other license or other material asset, (a) notify the Landlord thereof and (b) cause such Subsidiary (if it is not already a Guarantor) to become a Guarantor by executing the Guaranty in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
