Guarantor’s Waiver of Notice. Guarantor absolutely, irrevocably and unconditionally waives (a) notice of acceptance of this Agreement, (b) notice of any payment, liability or obligation to which this Agreement may apply, (c) presentment, demand of payment, protest, notice of dishonor or nonpayment of all liabilities under this Agreement and any of the Loan Documents creating the Guaranteed Obligations, and (d) notice of any suit or other action by Lender against (including any notice from Lender to) any party liable under any Loan Document or any property which may be security for the Loan.
