The Owner Trustee may treat the person shown on the register maintained by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Trust Agreement as the absolute Owner hereof for all purposes. Capitalized terms used herein without definition have the meanings ascribed to them in or by reference in the Trust Agreement. Transfer of this Trust Certificate is subject to certain restrictions and limitations set forth in the Trust Agreement, including the requirement that any transfer requires the prior consent of owners of at least 85% of the Percentage Interests in the Trust.
