Common use of Guaranty and Collateral Agreement Clause in Contracts

Guaranty and Collateral Agreement. By executing and delivering this Supplement, the information set forth in Schedule 2-S hereto is hereby added to the information set forth in Schedule 2 to the Guaranty and Collateral Agreement. The Grantor hereby represents and warrants that, with respect to itself and as applicable, each of the representations and warranties contained in Article IV of the Guaranty and Collateral Agreement is true and correct on and as the date hereof (after giving effect to this Supplement) as if made on and as of such date.
