Common use of Guaranty and Collateral Documents Clause in Contracts

Guaranty and Collateral Documents. (a) Each Lender hereby further authorizes Administrative Agent, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Lenders, to be the non-fiduciary agent for and representative of the Lenders with respect to the Guaranty, the Collateral Documents and the other Loan Documents. Subject to Section 9.02, without further written consent or authorization from any Lender, Administrative Agent may execute any documents or instruments necessary to release any Collateral or any Guarantor from the Guaranty, in each case pursuant to Section 9.17 or with respect to which Required Lenders (or such other Lenders as may be required to give such consent under Section 9.02) have otherwise consented.
