Guaranty and Collateral Requirements. Upon the consummation of such Investment, Agent shall have received all items (if any), including in respect of the Property acquired in such Acquisition and/or in respect of any Restricted Subsidiary that is formed to effect such Acquisition, required to be delivered (if any) by the terms of Section 9.1.12 and/or Section 9.1.13, except for such items as are not required to be delivered until 30 days (or such other period as Agent may otherwise agree) after an entity becomes a Restricted Subsidiary;
