Common use of Guaranty and Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Guaranty and Security Interest. This Note shall be guaranteed by Inventa Technologies, Inc. and each of the Company’s other Subsidiaries pursuant to the Guaranty. This Note and the Company’s obligations hereunder are secured to the extent of and as set forth in the Security Agreement.
