Guaranty by the Gables Trust. The Gables Trust unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to the Limited Partners the performance by the General Partner of the General Partner's obligations under this agreement. This guarantee is exclusively for the benefit of the Limited Partners and shall not extend to the benefit any creditor of the Partnership.
