Guaranty Funds Assessments. In the event the Company is required to pay an assessment on or after the Effective Date in respect of the Reinsured Policies to any insurance guaranty, insolvency or other similar fund maintained by any jurisdiction, the portion, if any, of such assessment related to such Reinsured Policies shall be reimbursed by the Reinsurer as part of the applicable monthly settlement pursuant to Section 6.2. To the extent there is any recovery of any such assessment paid by the Reinsurer, the Company shall promptly pay the Reinsurer’s Share of such recovery to the Reinsurer.
