Common use of Guaranty Limited Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Limited. The obligations of each Guarantor Party under this Article XI and the joint and several obligations of the Borrower under Section 2.01(c) shall be limited to the extent necessary to prevent the guaranty provided under this Article XI and such joint and several obligations of the Borrower under Section 2.01(c) or any payment pursuant to this Article XI or such joint and several obligations being voided as a fraudulent transfer or fraudulent conveyance under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code or under any applicable state law governing fraudulent transfers or fraudulent conveyances.
