Common use of Guaranty Limited Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Limited. The obligations of each Guarantor Party under this Article X and the joint and several obligations of the Borrower under Section 2.01(c) shall be limited to the extent necessary to prevent the guaranty provided under this Article X and such joint and several obligations of the Borrower under Section 2.01(c) or any payment pursuant to this Article X or such joint and several obligations being voided as a fraudulent transfer or fraudulent conveyance under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code or under any applicable state law governing fraudulent transfers or fraudulent conveyances.
