Common use of Guaranty of Manager Obligations by Xxxxxxxx Entertainment Clause in Contracts

Guaranty of Manager Obligations by Xxxxxxxx Entertainment. For value received, and in consideration for, and as an inducement to Owner entering into this Agreement, Xxxxxxxx Entertainment has executed that certain Guaranty dated as of the date hereof by Xxxxxxxx Entertainment for the benefit of Owner, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “C” (the “Guaranty”) whereby Xxxxxxxx Entertainment unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to Owner and Owner’s successors and assigns, the full performance and observance of all the covenants, conditions and agreements, herein provided to be performed and observed by Manager.

For value received, and in consideration for, and as an inducement to Owner entering into this Agreement, Xxxxxxxx Entertainment has executed that certain Guaranty dated as of the date hereof June 16, 2011 by Xxxxxxxx Entertainment for the benefit of Owner, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “CF” (the “Guaranty”) whereby Xxxxxxxx Entertainment unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to Owner and Owner’s successors and assigns, the full performance and observance of all the covenants, conditions and agreements, herein provided to be performed and observed by Manager.
