Common use of Guaranty Supplements Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Supplements. Upon the execution and delivery by any Person of a guaranty supplement in substantially the form of Exhibit K hereto (each, a “Guaranty Supplement”), (i) such Person shall become and be a Guarantor hereunder, and each reference in the Loan Documents to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Person, and each reference in any other Loan Document to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Person, and (ii) each reference in the Loan Documents to “the Guaranty”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to this Guaranty, shall mean and be a reference to this Guaranty as supplemented by such Guaranty Supplement.

Guaranty Supplements. Upon the execution and delivery by any Person of a guaranty supplement in substantially the form of Exhibit K J hereto (each, a “Subsidiary Guaranty Supplement”), (i) such Person shall become and be a Guarantor hereunder, and each reference in the Loan Documents to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Person, and each reference in any other Loan Document to a “Subsidiary Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Person, and (ii) each reference in the Loan Documents to “the Guaranty”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to this Guaranty, shall mean and be a reference to this Guaranty as supplemented by such Guaranty Supplement.

Guaranty Supplements. Upon the execution and delivery by any Person of a guaranty supplement in substantially the form of Exhibit K E hereto (each, a “Guaranty Supplement”), (ia) such Person shall be referred to as an “Additional Guarantor” and shall become and be a Canadian Guarantor hereunder, and each reference in the Loan Documents this Guaranty to a “Canadian Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Person, and each reference in any other Loan Document to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Person, Additional Guarantor and (iib) each reference in the Loan Documents herein to “the this Guaranty”, ,” “thereunder”, hereunder,” “thereofhereof” or words of like import referring to this Guaranty, Guaranty shall mean and be a reference to this Guaranty as supplemented by such Guaranty Supplement.
