Guaranty to Rank Pari Passu. The obligation of such Subsidiary Guarantor under SECTION 1 of this Agreement is and at all times shall remain a direct and unsecured obligation of such Subsidiary Guarantor ranking pari passu as against the assets of such Subsidiary Guarantor with all other present and future unsecured Senior Indebtedness (actual or contingent) of such Subsidiary Guarantor.
