Guidance Note for clause 1. 3: This clause assists the parties in interpreting this Agreement. If inconsistency arises between Agreement documents (i.e. the Details Schedule and an attachment), the interpretation of the higher priority document is to be applied. Inconsistency (a) No confirmation, shipment or delivery docket, invoice, terms and conditions of supply or other document issued by or on behalf of a party will amend this Agreement, except where such amendment is expressly agreed by the parties in accordance with clause 19.4. (b) To the extent of any inconsistency between any of the documents forming part of this Agreement, those documents will be interpreted in the following order of priority: (i) the clauses of this Agreement; (ii) the Details Schedule; (iii) the Schedules in order; (iv) any annexures or attachments to the Schedules; and (v) any documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
