GUIDELINES FOR NEGOTIATIONS. Section 24.1 This Article shall control the procedures utilized by the Township and the Union for the purpose of negotiating any items which have become negotiable pursuant to the terms of any re-opener provision set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or for the purpose of negotiating mandatory subjects of bargaining which have been properly raised by either the Township and/or the Union with respect to an agreement to succeed and/or replace this Agreement.
