Guidelines of the Agreement. DCC students who successfully complete associate degree requirements for an AA, AS or AAS will be able to transfer to SUNY Empire all credits earned for the associate degree, including “D” grades that are part of the completed degree. If a student transfers to SUNY Empire without a completed associate degree, “D” grades are not transferable.
