Common use of H-S-R Clause in Contracts

H-S-R. If either Aera or Xxxxx determine that the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 is applicable to this transaction, then the Parties which are required to file shall file with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice the required notifications, reports, and supplemental information to comply in all respects with the requirements of said Act.

H-S-R. If either Aera or Xxxxx Buyer determine that the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 1976, as amended, is applicable to this transaction, then the Parties which are required to file shall file with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice the required notifications, reports, and supplemental information to comply in all respects with the requirements of said Actact.
