HABITAT CONSERVATION ACCOUNT FUNDS. Habitat Conservation Fees generated from New Surface Disturbance on Enrolled Lands, and for off-Enrolled Lands activities needed to develop the Enrolled Lands, will be debited from funds paid into the habitat conservation fund account under this CP within 30 working days after receiving notification of New Surface Disturbance from the Participant.
